1. Certification Validity

All certificates issued via the Gr Class platform are subject to physical survey verification. A certificate remains valid only as long as its corresponding digital entry in our registry is marked as "ACTIVE" or "VALID".

2. User Responsibilities

Ship owners and managers are required to:

Provide accurate structural and operational vessel data.
Facilitate safe boarding access for authorized Gr Class surveyors.

3. Governing Authority

These terms are governed by international maritime law and specialized regulatory frameworks delegated by authorized flag states. Disputes will be settled via binding maritime arbitration.
